MOTION VIDEO undertakes to implement, as far as possible, all means at its disposal to guarantee the confidentiality of work placed under its charge.

MOTION VIDEO shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from technical causes, namely including the unavailability of servers or Internet connections enabling FTP transfers, or any defect affecting the functioning of the latter.

Any corrections or modifications requested following the execution of work shall be invoiced additionally except in the case where fault on the part of MOTION VIDEO is proven.

Any error or defect on the part of our company shall give rise solely to replacement of the defective work, without compensation of any kind whatsoever.

Delivery times are supplied for information purposes only and non-respect of them shall in no way provide grounds for any rejection, discount or compensation whatsoever.

MOTION VIDEO shall not be held responsible for any loss of documents or degradation of any kind that may arise following completion of the service and following its delivery.

It is the client’s responsibility to insure him/herself as may be necessary against this kind of damage, the client alone having knowledge of the market value of the lost or damaged documents.

The client must notify his or her insurance company of the waiver of recourse against our company, its representatives and any possible subcontractors. This guarantee excludes any other explicit or implicit guarantee concerning the services. MOTION VIDEO shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss (including loss of profits and operating losses) and incidental damages that the client may suffer as a result of the services or as a result of error or negligence (with the exception of gross negligence) on the part of MOTION VIDEO.

MOTION VIDEO shall not be held responsible for violation, on the part of the client, of rights, namely private rights held by third parties with respect to images or videos transmitted to MOTION VIDEO.
